Press release 14-02-2011 - Variohm indicated Zemic Europe as “Excellent” supplier 2010.
As part of the ongoing Quality Assurance System of Variohm Eurosensor Limited all suppliers were audited in 2010 with regard to their delivery and quality performance. Variohm Eurosensor is the exclusive UK distributor of Zemic Europe.
The results for Zemic Europe
The delivery assessment is based upon the total number of deliveries made, with failure logged if Variohm Eurosensor Limited received the delivery more than 2 weeks later than the initial delivery promise. This is expressed as a percentage of total deliveries for the same period:
Of the deliveries which Zemic Europe made during the period January 2010 – December 2010:
1 of these was over 2 weeks late, Zemic Europe Delivery Percentage was 99.5%, Which is excellent.
The quality assessment is based upon the total number is deliveries made, with failure logged if the goods were incorrect or didn’t meet our Purchase Order requirements.

The NMI in the Netherlands have examined and tested the B6F and concluded that an approval with a Y-value of 12.000 for standard C3 is applicable. Approved capacities from 500 kg to 2.000 kg are available. Features This load cell has a robust construction and is made of 17-4-PH stainless steel. The B6F has an IP67 protection class. For an explosive environment an Atex-certificate is optional for this load cell.
The B6F load cells are ideal for the following applications: • Conveyor scales The maximum platform size for this single point load cell for the capacity 500kg is 600 x 800 mm and for the capacities 750 to 2000kg the maximum size is 1200 x 1200mm.
