ANNOUNCEMENT

We would like to announce that the lawsuit (Case No. CV 07-0081 DDP-PJWx) filed by Vishay Transducers Inc. in Los Angeles against Zhonghang Electronic Measuring Instruments Co., Ltd. (Hereafter referred to as “Zemic”) was already dismissed on June 26, 2007. The case is now closed.

We would therefore like to express our sincere thanks to all our worldwide partners who offered their firm support and assistance to Zemic during the lawsuit.
