We are pleased to announce the arrival of our newly approved (C3,C4,C5) BM24R load cell.
We are pleased to announce the arrival of our newly approved (C3,C4,C5) BM24R load cell.
  
The load cell BM24R has been awarded the OIML R60 C3, C4 and C5 approval.
The NMI (NL) have concluded that the cells have a Y-value of 10.000 for the standard C3 approval and a Y-value up to 25.000 for a C5 approval. Approved capacities are 60kg, 130kg, 280kg, 250 kg, 500kg, 1t, 2t, 3.5t, 5t, 10t, 13t, 28t and 60t. With an IP grade of 68 the BM24R cell is an excellent solution for the most harsh “wash down” and hazardous environments, in the food, chemical and process industries.

The BM24R cell is therefore an excellent solution for the most harsh “wash down” and hazardous environments, in the food, chemical and process industries.
Up to 13t complete series of mounting accessories are available.
The BM24R Tank-mount together with the BM24R product family up to 13t, provides a low profile weighing assembly. The installation height for the capacities are:
0.25 - 1t : 80 mm
2t - 5t: 105 mm
10t - 13t: 117 mm

The stainless steel design with rocker-pin load introduction guarantees long term reliability even in the most harsh environments. The mount design tolerates controlled movements in all directions, it eliminates the need for check rods unless major load movement is anticipated. The design allows the load cell to be placed or replaced after installation of the mount.
